Reset Your Password

OzeScribe/EMDAT Password Reset Instructions

1. If you need to reset your password, you will need to do this via the InQuiry webpage HERE.

2. Once the link (in step 1 above) has opened, click on Forgot Password 

 

3. You will now be prompted to enter your Username and Client, then click Email. You will then receive an email with a temporary password reset code.

 

4. Once you have received the email, click on the link within the email to reset your password.

 

5. You can then create a new password (please note that passwords need to contain an uppercase, a lowercase, a number and a special character (for example ! # $ %)

 

 

Urgent Action Required      If you are locked out, please email support@ozescribe.com.au with your Name, Username and Client - we will reset your password ASAP.
