Our executive team has come from some of the most successful companies in the industry and has developed solutions for hundreds of healthcare organisations, including many of the largest and most prestigious in Australia.
Managing Director Australia
As the Managing Director for Australia, Scott provides strategic leadership for the Australian operations and is responsible for delivering profitable growth through partnering with existing clients to broaden our service offering through to new client acquisition.
Scott has extensive experience in financial management and business development to assist organisations through periods of change. He brings a strong focus on aligning culture with strategy to achieve strong and enduring revenue and profit growth.
Prior to joining iMedX, Scott was Managing Director Australian and New Zealand for The Warranty Group – a private equity-backed, US-Headquartered, global provider of warranty and insurance solutions. He has held a number of senior Leadership and Finance Roles in service organisations working in Australia, New Zealand, and England.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington and is a Chartered Accountant.
Operations Manager Australia
As the Operations Manager for Australia, Michelle oversees the daily management of transcription quality and turnaround time and is responsible for recruitment and training of OzeScribe’s highly qualified Medical Transcription team.
Michelle has over 20 years experience in Senior Health Management in both public health and private corporate settings which contributes to a strong understanding of our client’s needs and workflow requirements.
Prior to joining iMedX, Michelle was the Manager of the Clinical Performance Unit at Alfred Health, a leading Healthcare provider responsible for producing and analysing health care data to Clinicians and the Senior Executive group
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science (Health Promotion) from Curtin University Western Australia and is qualified in Project Management.
Client Services & Sales Manager Australia
Alex oversees sales and service implementations for enterprise and private clients across Australia.
Alex has extensive experience in Transcription and Healthcare allowing him to tailor workflows and implementations that exceed client expectations. He has a passion for delivering innovative solutions that result in cost savings and productivity gains for his clients that improve their delivery of patient care.
Alex joined OzeScribe in 2012 after living and studying in Germany, and has a Bachelor of Technology from Swinburne University, Victoria.
Chris Mac Manus
Head of Information Technology
Chris has over 7 years’ experience in the public health and was involved in major projects during his time at Alfred Health as the Information Architect on the PAS Replacement project and Manager of the Informatics platform.
Chris is responsible for integrating and managing the state-of-the-art technology that OzeScribe use to deliver outstanding transcription services to more than 20 major health services across Australia. His role also includes the governance and management of the interfaces with OzeScribe dependent services that are integral in providing a seamless and automatic document delivery service to our clients.
