"After nearly 30 years of working full-time in the public health system, I took the bold move in March 2005 to go into private practice as a Consultant Geriatrician. With no burden of existing or outdated infrastructure I headed down the path of the "paperless office" using Medical Director for my files and Ozescribe to support the correspondence.
Sure there have been a few teething problems, but I would be a fool if I did not expect cutting edge technology to come without any problems especially as it had to fully integrate with another evolving software program (Medical Director). Ozescribe have not only been receptive to every concern that I have had, but have responded immediately to address these. Lyndie, Leanne or Rod have not once made excuses for any of the logistic problems encountered along the way as we have set things up.
